I am in no way saying that your statement is not possible, because it absolutely is. I think it is very unlikely that anyone will flummoxed and wide UD him though. His jab is historically good, as in young fighters and current professionals alike should be taking notes on how this guy jabs. When you can jab that well, it is typically pretty tough to get widely outboxed.
Beastly, GGG, beastly! I wish him easy opponents for his last paychecks, he deserves to pick some cherries at this point of his marvelous career!
He might not be obligated to have a further 6 fights, just that if he does fight 6 more times, DAZN have the rights.
Thats 3 more years for him. Hope he knows what he’s doing. The 3rd fight with Moo is bs, in my opinion, but I’m looking forward to see who the other 5 will be. Anyone knows what numbers are involved? Suspect they’re nowhere near those ginger got but still curious. And, of course, a moment of silence for those who said he’ll retire and negotiations will fail.
Great news for the fans, but like a lot of others, I have to wonder if a fighter who is pushing 37 is going to be able to compete at elite level for a further 3 years, which is basically what 6 fights amounts to nowadays. The first one *may* be a tune-up given that he may need to shed a bit of ring rust, but in that event, fight #2 will be serious for that kind of money!
Does anyone else wonder how DAZN are funding all these deals? Is there a chance they end like ITV digital? I know they doing great in the areas they are available in but they are throwing a whole lot of cash around Anyway good news for fans I enjoy GGG fights so bring it on
