GGG would destroy Martinez and Froch. GGG knows how to cut off the ring really well and hits accurately with power. He would be challenged against Ward though, who is bigger, just as smart, and knows how to fight out of a clinch.
Froch - Golovkin is a fight which is sorta being talked about and might even get made. Fantastic fukkin fight, but I come down slightly for Golo despite the size disadvantage. I've a feeling Golo probably slightly edges Froch on power, but undoubtedly is more skilled. As for durability, it remains to be seen how Golo will stand up to being hit, but the suggestion is he's a tough fukker himself. I agree though that it will be a great test for both. Oosthuizen - well I'm assuming we conveniently ignore the Gonzales fight? As Freddy Roach so eloquently put it during the Campillo - Kovalev fight: "Distance is something erm, er, erm.. distance is something that really erm.. you can take away easily by getting a little bit closer':rofl Golovkin will not allow Oosthuizen to choose the range, simply put. It's worth remembering that Oosthuizen was mentioned as a possible opponent prior to the Rosado fight being made, so I suspect the belief was that GGG could beat him (though you could take the fight falling through to mean the opposite of course).
I honestly believe that Golovkin is very skilled. In my opinion even more than Froch. But he is smallish for the 168-division. He could beat a lot of top fighters overthere (with exception of Ward), but he have to do it to prove me. But possible he could........
Macklin nailded Golovkin with two great rights coming in and they had no effect. All this fantasy about Golovkin falling apart when someone hits him back is just wishful thinking. It is on the same level with claiming that Ward is a more skilled/technical boxer. You guys are all like clams burrowed into the sand, waiting for the inevitable tide to come and wash you out to sea.
Really? I always thought they were more like clams picked up by seagulls, carried inland and dropped onto pavement. :huh You really think Golovkin is more skilled than Ward? Defensively also?
Macklin nailed GG. Are you serious with this answer? You can't be. We want to see GG in a real fight folks, a real fight. I understand that you like what GG brings to the table, but he has not been in a fire fight yet with a formidable guy.
