I dont understand what point your trying to put across here. Are you saying GGG needs to up his game and start generating better PPV,s before ppl can claim other fighters are ducking him? And to show your point you compare him to somebody from a completely different sport?

i lived in rural ireland and then east london and i till this day never met an american in the flesh .

irish towns and villages usually have very long names or gaelic names that are ok for irish and nigerians but maybe it would cause confusion in america.
