I read somewhere that GGG is now a free agent and it would seem to me that his most beneficial move is to Matchroom/DAZN. Let’s face facts GGG if he looks after himself has maybe 3 years left at the his current level, now after the Canelo fight I don’t see there being a GGG vs Canelo 3 until at least next September especially if Canelo fights Lemieux in December. The big fights left for him that draw the most money would probably involve him moving up to Super-Middle, which apart from Ramirez (who isn’t actually that big of a draw at the moment) is a division where the big names are European, if he moved to Matchroom he could make the big fights in Europe and use DAZN to make the Canelo fight when it’s available ?

He should and likely will go by a fight by fight basis.
    No long term commitments.

A free agent essentially. That is the smart move here. (seeing as the while division is completely fractured)
