GGG v Canelo is a 50/50 fight

Who would you give the edge to in endurance mate?

 

A couple of years ago it was like 80-20 GGG.

Nothing much has happened since then to make it an even 50-50. I see it now as 70-30 GGG .

You must remember that Jacobs was close to 6 foot and Canelo is closer to 5'8 than his listed 5'9. He also has a shorter reach and doesn't have the foot speed or range of motion Jacobs had.

He's going to be in a fire fight with pistols against pump action scatter guns. He's out gunned and out manned.

Golovkin should be able walk straight through that power. According to Matthew Hatton Brook hits harder than Canelo. Whats Canelo going to do if his power can't hold him off?
Whats going to happen when his chops get caved in by power he's never felt before.

GGG said he's going to be like an 'animal ' for this fight. He's going to fold Canelo in half and stick him in his back pocket.

It's difficult. Canelo is younger which ought to give him an advantage, and he throws a lot of power punches too. But on the other hand he did gas out a bit against Chavez Jr for one round.

I think I'll say even for lack of strong evidence either way.

 

All good! Yeah agreed above. Trying to take my bias away I think it's a 50/50 fight...but gee I want GGG to win
