Let me think about it. I want to see the real fight and I know that GGG can give me the thing that I want but Canelo just comes to the ring for dancing and throwing a few punches per round. It doesn't worth my money.
Seriously though, who wouldn't buy #2, that saw the first fight? That fight was a solid 8/ 10, it was competitive, both fighters fought well and showed heart, it's what boxing is all about. Just on a basis of the expected quality of the fight, you know it's going to deliver. Then the obvious questions that need to be answered come into play. Who learned the most from #1? Is Canelo going to stand his ground this time? Is GGG going to work the body this time? Is GGG getting too old?
Although I thought GGG clearly won on the card, Canelo certainly get a few licks in and made GGG uncomfortable and hesitant there. The rematch will certainly get made and we will certainly talk about it like maniacs lol. There are fights that even when the scorecards were close that don't warrant a rematch, but this is not one of them. Both camps can improve on a few things and we could see a totally new fight altogether. I certainly would love to see it again.
Would love to see the fight again, but if the judges decisions are predetermined then there isn't any point.
Pretty pointless question. If you're not going to watch it and aren't excited for it you're not a boxing fan. Canelo evidently has more to work with to improve on a rematch, but it remains winnable for both, and as close as it was is more compelling than the first one.
Good action in the first and hopefully better action in the 2nd. Whoever wants to win by ko/tko has got to land those bodyshots.
