EddieHearn: GGG is a beast.. Golovkin v Carl_Froch at 168 would be epic

    Thoughts on this fight?

Love it. If we don't get to see Froch against Ward or Stevenson then this fight should happen.

  3. Yep, be power vs granite chin and both come to fight. Always a recipe for a great fight.

    This needs making.

I would actually love the fight, but I am not the biggest fan of fighters hopping between weights. I think it should be GGG's prioritiy to get the other MW champions into the ring.

If potential MW matchups cannot be made (a real possibility as the other 160 fighters don't seem to keen on the idea of fighting Gennady), he can still look north

So long as Quillin,Geale and Martinez all fights him, he should stay at MW for sure.

Quillin already ran from him once, hopefully Quillin will stop hiding and step up and provide boxing with a great matchup.

If he cant get any of the belt-holders at MW to face him (lets face it; its a likely scenario),
then this is the best fight for him to take at 168.
If he can carry his power up one weight class (i would say yes), then he is a threat to pretty much anyone at the weight.
Not only does he pack devastating power but he can land accurately aswell. A surefire danger to anyone who is willing to step in the ring with him.
For the record; I don't see any of the current 160lb belt holders having enough to keep him off them. If he gets any of those fights he will unify the division.
Perhaps caught up in the excitement of last night, but right now it's hard to see anyone except Ward at 168 beating him. [As i said though, maybe still in the bubble from last night!]

I think GGG will be at Middleweight for a while, clean up at 160 and by the time he moves up (if he does) Froch would have retired. Would be a great fight though!

While I think that GGG should stay at 160. The comments about Froch just show me how overrated Froch is.

Should the fight happen I will take GGG.

    Froch duck a fight?

GGG should stay at MW and look clean the division out, then step up to SMW in 18 months time.
