GGG vs Andre ward at super middleweight

Come on. Im far....really far from being a Ward fan.....but no version of GGG was ever going to win that fight at 164 or above. Stylistic nightmare

 

Ward. He never came close to defeat at super middle and GGG is a middleweight with no track record at 168. Ward is also a better boxer and GGG's power advantage would likely not be as great at the higher weight. A wide decision win for Ward.

Ward is just kryptonite for GGG, too clever savvy and just too good.. UD by 3 or 4 rounds in a fight where GGG has his moments, but nowhere near enough of them

Of course. He he did beat the much bigger man and puncher kovalev.then he would beat golovkin. And yes i called him racist joke because he is. period

 

I dont think Kovalev was ever overrated. I think he was the real deal and ward(whos style and tactics i despise) just simply deserves the credit for beating and possibly psychologically destroying him. Kovalev was that dangerous and Ward still beat him. Thats it, and he deserves the credit regardless of how disgusting his style is imo.

GGG wouldnt even win 1 out of 10 fights against ward, contrary to Kovalev his power was never the 1 punch immediate threat against good fighters. He has heavy wear you down power but getting caught with 1 punch is not going to lose Ward(thw bigger man) the fight, which it definitely can with Kovalev who was an immediate 1 punch threat with his power.

 

Nevermind he has 1 punch KDs against almost every title opponent he faced minus Canelo & Brook. Two men that I dont believe have ever been put down, who both used the ropes to stay up.

 

O hell he was. Several people was making fantasy matchs kovalev vs foster,spinks, charles and even marciano... It should be a joke. Kovalev is nothing special he would have been another idiot in the bunch in a harder era

 

Ok i never rated him THAT high. What im saying is that he had/has atg skills and ATG power. He was/is a very very good LHW and its a BIG win on andres resumee
