Going GGG tko 9 Expect canelo to have some success early but not be able to keep GGG off him and eventually be worn down for the KO/Tko.
Golovkin tko 8 The writing is on the wall for this one. Canelo doesn't know how to hold or run correctly when hurt and has his backs to the ropes too often. Golovkin will push Canelo back to the ropes with his jab as other fighters have been able to do, once Canelo is on the ropes, body shot and then he won't recover, forcing referee or corner to stop it.
GGG knocks him out. He got the fight he always wanted, he doesn't need to hold back anymore. He wants to make a statement, the fight of his life.
I honestly think people are sleeping on canelo in this fight big time, I could be wrong this is only a prediction after all but i see canelo doing what brook did to GGG in round 2 of their fight but for the majority of the fight and eventually stopping him. Maybe i am crazy i don't usually make such bold predictions but just from what i have seen from both guy's recent fights i feel GGG is made for canelo, I would not be surprised if this fight was one sided.
Skillwise Brook and Jacobs are several levels above guys like Beefy and Julio Jr. and they would comprehensively dominate and stop both of them. GGG didn't struggle with either of them because he's older, he struggled with Brook because he fought like a kamikaze and expected Brook to fold or have a weak chin, well he didn't, but he still got the win. Jacobs has the same KO ratio as GGG, it wouldn't have been wise to attempt to aggressively walk down a guy with similar power, so he boxed responsibly, and skillwise Danny could hang, big time. The only skilled guy Canelo has face in his last 3 fights is Khan, who was schooling him for the first 4 rounds and had a competitive 5th, lucky for Canelo all he needed was one punch, after all that's why they brought Khan in in the first place. IMO Jacobs destroy Canelo and Brook gives him a run for his money, and could possibly win as well. GGG and Canelo are not on the same level, and that will become frighteningly obvious from the first round.
