DeGale is a far better fight in terms of competitiveness for GGG than Canelo, BJS and Jacobs combined. I'd love to see this fight getting made in December this year.:yep:bbb

GGG will eventually move up to 168 next year after sweeping 160 division

    We'll probably see this.

Big money in the U.K. market- it's pretty clear he'll take DeGale or Eubank next to keep cashing in on it until the Canelo fight happens.

Degale went life and death with Dirrell.

    GGG destroys him.

This game isn't about how big you are but how good you are.

I see this going the same way although I believe size is one of the biggest factors. Golovkin has to give Degale reach and size advantages. Fortunately Golovkin skill level allows him to fight bigger and stronger guys...

DeGale would be the best fight that GGG would get the credit from 160-168 lbs.:yep

DeGale is a pretty damn good boxer too, he is 2008 Olympic Gold medalist @ mw in Beijing, China with wins over:

    Mohamed Hikal (Egypt) 13-4
    Shawn Estrada (United States) 11-5
    Bakhtiyar Artayev (Kazakhstan) 8-3
    Darren Sutherland (Ireland) 10-3
    Emilio Correa Jr. (Cuba) 16-14

If DeGale beats Jack he really puts himself on the map.

As unified champ he'd be able to bring Golovkin over here as the B Side.

    I favour DeGale here.

Jack-DeGale fight ain't gonna happen too soon since it doesn't draw so much money. If DeGale beats GGG then DeGale-Jack is a bigger fight.:yep

james degale gets hit way too often and caught on the ropes way too much. He ends up on the ropes in every single fight he has, then look at where golovkin constantly ko's people.... on the ropes.

If GGG follows Eubank with De Gale he's a smart cookie. De Gale is a really good name on one's resume, but above all, the British are fanatics when it comes to the sportsmen they like. If Golovkin can build up some popularity with the British fight crowd it would be the next best thing to being born Mexican or being called Mayweather.

I wouldn't say degale is massively liked to be honest, he's well known but since he's gone to america his name has lost value over here. Having said that though I do agree, golovkin can make some big money over here.

The reason they're struggling to make degale-jack is because the america market and the english market both don't generate big money.. Had degale continued to fight in the UK degale-jack would be easy to put on PPV and do well. Right now it won't do well

U.K market is the best choice for GGG atm. Just imagine GGG becoming a big star in U.K and make Canelo come there to fight him.:hey:D

DeGale needs that Jack fight to be in UK, just so people remember who he is again. GGG v him is huge though.
