Lets say Floyd demands a 153 lb CW. Who would win today, assuming GGG agrees to it?

Who cares, I'd rather ponder GGG vs Ward today. Floyd won titles from 130-154, but he truly belonged in the 135-140 weight classes. Every fight he had at 147 and 154 was a challenge, because with the exception of Pac, Marquez and Hatton, he was fighting a bigger man. He's had his tests. Ask about GGG's tests please!

You mean like starting at 130 to go on and fight the 154 True champ who is at least 10 years younger, and Make him look like an amateur. FLoyd did that already. It's easy to say he didn't test himself cause we just see the fight, where he made it look easy. So it couldn't possibly be a test. But Floyd walks around 150ish. which is walkaround weight for Danny Swift Garcia who just recently was 140 pound champ, Terrence Bud Crwaford said he walks around 145-155, but he was just recently in the 135 weight class. They make these weightclasses for a reason, and fighting and beating a154er when that's what you walk around at is a HUGE test. His skill is what made it look easy. Asking him to now go and fight a guy at 160.. That's asking way too much, especially for a guy that is 38.

The likes of Duran and Leonard would have done it without any hesitation. There is a reason why they're considered as some of the best ever. It doesn't stop Mayweather to be the best of his time though but he doesn't qualify as "TBE".

To answer the question, GGG would kill Floyd : too big, too strong. He'd bully him and has enough skills to touch him more than Floyd has ever been touched in his career.

Why doesn't he qualify as TBE again? 1 of only 2 boxers to be THE Champ in 4 different wieghtclasses in the history of the sport. 1 of only 2 boxers to be THE Champ in multiple weightclasses at the same time. Name me another fighter that can make those claims, then you can say he doesn't qualify.

The Jab IS a very effective weapon against him. Add that to the fact that GGG is just too big for him. People ask WAY too much. Why not ask GGG to fight Klitschko

So BS!!! Most people voted the first option. At 153, GGG will walk like a deadman in the ring so how can he KO Mayweather?

Besides, Floyd is faster than GGG. So, the former beats the latter by UD.

I've already given you the reason why he's not the best ever : he managed his career as a businessman, not as an ATG. He may have faced the best but not when it really mattered. When you think about Duran's or Leonard's careers, there is no "what if". There will always be with Floyd despite his mad skills.

A good comparison would be asking Golovkin to face Kovalev.

You haven't given any reason. A resume doesn't read: (when he was past his prime), and it's people like you who come up with the "what if's" Here's a what if for you, "what if" Leonards camp hadn't received notice that Duran had ballooned to over 180lbs after their 1st fight, and is the reason that Leonard demanded his rematch clause so quickly (only 5 months after the 1st fight). See how that works. Still none of that diminishes the fact that AGAIN in the History of the sport on 2 fighters have held the The Titile in 4 weightclasses: Mayweather and Pacquiao. Only 2 fighters in the history of the sport have held The Title in 2 weightclasses at the same time: Armstrong and Mayweather. There are no "what ifs" there my friend.

Not really, Kovalev is 175 GGG 160. And we already know from Abel Sanchez that when both fighters were trained by him, that GGG used to work over Kovalev in sparring. So that wouldn't be testing himself then really, would it?

:rofl That's not exactly a valid argument as holding two titles in two different divisions is generally forbidden. The only reason Floyd has been allowed to do so is the money he brings to the table.

I would however prefer to see that fight more than one agaisnt Mayweather though. People need to leave Mayweather alone. He proved himself, he's now 38 and retired. Ask better of GGG, ask him to test himself.

Not valid, then why was Henry Armstong in the late 20's allowed to do it?!? Are you going to say it was because of the money he brought to the table? Regardless of the "how" The fact that he did is still pretty top notch stuff.

The fact you try and diminish that feat actually speaks more about you, than anything
