however, regarding FM 3G, 3G has too many proportional advantages for Floyd to be 100% safe. I would call it possible but 3G may edge it out due to massive differences, after getting clowned badly early on.

If you're correct ... it kind of begs the question as to why Floyd spent so much time with Golovkin's name in his mouth?

I don't think GGG at 160 was bigger than Canelo at 154 though.

I swear — Pimp C would actually love the opportunity to go beyond the figure of speech and actually kiss Floyd's ass. Like lips to anoose. Dude actually said Floyd needed 14 bags of IV fluids to produce a urine sample.

I reckon he's like those religious fanatics that would sell their house for "artefacts" dug out of a guys backyard dumpster. For a pair of used Floyd jocks you could score his house. ;) Although, he might have to fight MVC for them too :ohno

Look, you are the same people that kept saying GGG would destroy and KO Canelo, and we all saw how that turned out.

If GGG was only able to tickle Canelo with the few maximum powered punches he landed, and was missing most of his other punches, then what do you think he could even dream of doing to a far slicker, quicker, more athletic and more technically skilled Mayweather with an equally granite chin? The answer is NOTHING! GGG doesn't even pose a knockout threat to FM, considering Canelo conclusively exposed GGG of having nonexistent KO power at this level.

Leave GGG where he belongs, which is against non-elite journeymen and bums.

Floyd fought in Cotto's range. He also fought in the pocket for extended portions of the rounds, no way he does that with GGG's power and physicality. On top of that I said prime, Floyd was a lot faster back then. He'd do a Lara (old way Lara fought) job, punch and then run for the hills and with his younger legs he could keep it up for 12 rounds. This is why GGG would need to just hold him in place and take him out.

Also quit with the double standards. Floyd at 21 fought Hernandez who was 30, and you guys say Hernandez was done even though he'd only ever lost to Hoya previously. Canelo was 23 when he fought a 36 year old Floyd with more pro fights at the time than when Floyd fought Genaro. Yet Floyd wasn't green at 21, and he isn't past prime at 36.

Floyd was more past prime than Canelo was green. Just before the GGG fight Khan went 6 rounds with Canelo and barely got touched till getting laid out. Canelo does improve every fight and he implements his past opponents moves really well in future bouts, but those months in between Khan and GGG didn't completely transform him like you are so desperately trying to imply.

I bet you were one of those people claiming GGG would lay out Canelo with ease because he went life and death with Lara/Trout. Both those bouts occurred before even the Floyd fight, somehow they were relevant to the outcome of the bought between GGG and Nelo yet a bout with Floyd afterwards isn't relevant because he improved after that. Makes no god damn sense.

... and yet ... yet, Golovkin was open to fighting Floyd any time, and it turned out Floyd never wanted that " #easywork " despite the fact that all he could talk about was Golovkin and how "easy" it would be. sure ...

FM taking on Canelo was a big enough jump, Canelo was sizeable WW that had just gone to LMW.Moving to MW is probably a bit much for a guy built for super featherweight at a comparable age to canelo.

You guys are being silly matching someone from 3 divisions (6 divisions in modern terms) below.

Noone expects 3G to face Anthony Joshua!

I'm 'intelligent' enough to know that someone as lowly skilled as GGG doesn't stand much of a chance against one of the top 3 most skilled boxers ever.

GGG couldn't even beat his master Canelo Alvarez. Therefore, he doesn't qualify as a worthy opponent for his grand-master that is FMJ.

    1) Golovkin whupped Canelo
    2) Golovkin fought Canelo at 160 not 152
    3) The version of Canelo that Golovkin fought was much better than the version Floyd fought
    4) The version of Canelo that Golovkin fought wasn't green and drained to death, unlike the version Floyd fought.

But Conor ****ing McGregor DOES? :duh:risas3::risas3::risas3:

... and yet ... yet, Golovkin was open to fighting Floyd any time, and it turned out Floyd never wanted that " #easywork " despite the fact that all he could talk about was Golovkin and how "easy" it would be. sure ...
