Lmao, only 11 people think Jacobs can pull it off, 50 think Golovkin knocks him out cold

 

Not excited for this fight at all. Jacobs has a confirmed Glass Jaw, if he gets hit with 1/10th of the shots Brook got hit with it's lights-out.

This is going to end early, very early.

Golovkin will shatter Jacobs chin worse than Pirog did.

 

Surprised even that many picked Jacobs by decision, like, why not Jacobs by hail mary stoppage instead if you think he'll do it? The guy has big power. Seems more likely than him being able to survive and box his way through 12 rounds.

 

I did not think Jacobs would sign so I applaud him. Although i hate to be a nay sayer{pun intended] but I cannot help wonder how much he extorted from Team GGG and I am not looking forward to his inevitable pre fight rhetoric when he plays the nationality and cancer cards.

Indeed. No way he can outbox GGG. Marginally more plausible that he could knock him out with a freakish shot. Of course, still won't happen in a million years. Doubt a freight train would knock Golovkin over.

 

Be fair. Jacobs has a genuinely inspirational story. He should talk about it. He'll still get KTFO though.

 

Good fight. Jacobs has the skill to beat Golovkin but not the chin. Golovkin ko's him but if Jacobs can protect his chin for 12 he has a real shot here. Ultimately I think Golovkin gets to him and ko's him in the second half of a good fight.

Usyk and Gonzalez have been mentioned by Loeffler as potential undercard fighters but no opponents mentioned.

If Gonzalez does a rematch with Cuadras and Usyk gets someone respectable this could turn out to be a very nice card but we'll have to see how the undercard plays out.

I don't like this being on ppv and I really don't like HBO putting any worthwhile fight on ppv lately.

Next year has this and Cotto on ppv. Alvarez will be ppv ,like usual, in May and that doesn't include Pacqauio's next fight and possibly a Ward-Kovalev rematch another possibitlity. All 5 could be ppv shows in just the first half of the year.
