    Lemieux is more popular than Jacobs imo simply for his style. Ggg has a mere 850K viewers for his last fight on HBO. I can't see this doing more than Ward-Kovalev.

    Lemieux is a Canadian I doubt he will bring more people than Jacobs especially if it's in the Barclays centre. I think it could top Ward/kovalev if promoted right cos that fight was not promoted at all.

    Ive seen people mention Wilder v. Povetkin a couple of times in reference to a GGG/Jacobs purse bid. You have to realize the type of pockets Haymon was going up against. That guy was never going to lose that bid and let Povetkin have to fight in the US for that fight.

    This is different set of circumstances. K2 doesnt have the pockets Povetkins promoter had. And if Haymon thinks he can block this fight by winning the purse bid he just might. Who really knows if GGG can fight off HBO??? If Haymon his privvy to some info and thinks he can block this and have Golovkin stripped then you cant rule it out

    Golovkin Vs Brook did well, i believe it did better than Canelo Vs Smith so don't worry yourself.

    Thats crazy talk. Didnt Golovkin have to travel? Are we counting US only PPV buys for Canelo?

    Canelo has plenty of options. Guy from 147 to 168 are in a line wanting to fight him. Golovkin it appears is having the opposite problem with the 160 division. I would strongly advise Golovkin to take any fair offer from Canelo if one is indeed presented to him contractually.
