    MW's...

I remember Taylor having far stickier moments with Wright, Hopkins & Spinks! Let alone Pavlik LOL

    Same with Abraham & Miranda!

Jocobs won. For the first time GGG hadn't an opponent lined up in front of him that he could crash , bang , wallop his way to a stoppage victory.

Jacobs gave him angles and movement from a switch hitting stance and GGG wan unable to lock him down. He was opened up and out landed on power punches.
Golovkin is still a good and wasn't exposed. He just isn't the ATG his fanboi's make him out to be.

Opened up? LOL Power punches? Mean what in a fight controlled by the jab?

Post me a pic of Jacobs & GGG faces post fight?

You're embarrassing & if Jacobs knew you were backing him he himself would probably change his own delusional mind!

    Punch stats speak volumes.. Compubox:

Jabs landed: 105 GGG - 31 DJ LOL

Clear cut jabbing clinic. The jab is the most basic & effective scoring weapon in the boxing arsenal. Did anyone see those beautiful uppercuts GGG threw too?

Just fyi: compubox has zero bearing on judges scores, it's not taken into account. Of course it's impossible to be dead accurate, but it is pretty accurate for what it is. It's really just an average which is much more accurate than we like to admit.

Was close but clear. They each neutralized parts of each other's offence to some extent.Jacobs movement stopped GGG from doing his usual work but alot of what Jacobs threw landed on the gloves. Not saying he didn't land if course...he landed some good punches just not as many as appeared. Combine that with eating the jab like pez candy and the knockdown sealed the fight for GGG in my opinion. Was a great fight and I can't wait for a rematch.

Boy, GG's win margin is becoming bigger and bigger every time you dick riders post lmao. Soon one of you mofo's will say that Jacobs was almost ko'd and then ko'd but the ref helped him up, lmao.

DJ landed a little over hand left, one of his cleanly landed shots. Ggg won very clearly and even his trolls dinomaster can't say **** because they were very very impressed with the skill ggg showed, especially his impeccable defense

You don't believe any of that bull**** you just shat out. If you're truly trying to convince anyone YOU scored for DJ, you shouldn't use that account any longer because dino truly DKSAB

I know it doesnt but I saw that GGG fight and Jacobs did not look like GGG was outlanding him in nearly every round so either I'm either really mistaken or those numbers aren't reflective of what was going on. I will add I need to rewatch the fight so I'm not gunna say the numbers are wrong but do seem fishy from what I saw.

Jacobs was very good, I'll give him that. I'll also give him some good bodywork that he managed to slip under Golovkin's elbows, which you noted on an earlier post. Golovkin's usual bodywork was absent this fight.

However it seems pretty obvious to me that despite Jacobs' efforts, GGG's basic weapon, the jab, was the answer to whatever he was trying. Basic tactics: splitting the guard with the jab and following with hooks and power shots won it for Golovkin. He just landed so much more, and did so much more damage, than Jacobs.

Jacobs looked impressive on the first watch.

On the second watch it becomes apparent that a lot of the punches from his flashy flurries are either whiffing, parried off the gloves, or bouncing off GGG's back. Golovkin paid attention to his defense this time, and it shows.

Golovkin's not done yet, and few guys are regarded as ATG's during their own careers. Give it a bit.
