He was inconsistent. He was very inconsistent. But I guess that's what happens when you fight once per month and you don't dedicate yourself 100%. But that doesn't mean that he was overrated though. Did you follow Chris Eubank's career? He had great wins over Benn and Watson, but then struggled with the likes of Dan Schommer and Ray Close. He too suffered with a hectic schedule. GG comes under scrutiny because he's had no wins over A level guys, and he's struggled with guys even though he's had 10 week camps, whilst only fighting 2-3 times per year. He's a dedicated pro, whereas James lived above a bakery and was lazy at times. Which means that GG's performances are going to be questioned more. You could say that's unfair, but that's what's going to happen. James beat A level guys, and nobody thinks that a guy like Tiberi would have beaten him at his absolute best, whilst he was motivated and fighting to his full capabilities. So fairly or unfairly, struggling with Jacobs hurts GG's rep, more than what Tiberi hurts James's. That's just the way it is.
NO! I heard it from that grizzly bear who used to routinely have his way with you when you were up in Alaska.
I've not proven anything. Just because you presume I wasn't alive back then, or never paid attention to the history of boxing don't make it fact. Quite frankly, you can shove your presumptions about me up your bottom. I knew who prime Toney was, its the 168lb version. The guys stated he was prime at 160lbs are the ones who don't know **** about Toney. Johnson was a credible fighter no doubt, his he a bigger name than Brook, Canelo or Jacobs? No, is he ****. He's a Martin Murray or a Lemiux.
Grizzly bears do not talk. But that's awful adorable of you to play make-believe with cute fluffy animals.
I can't believe you've sided with Roy Jones JRs conscience which escaped his body after a brutal KO and ended up in Loudon.
