At least Mora will pose some problems to GGG! He wont be KTFO early like Lee Mora has a good defense & jab, is slick & can fight dirty. He would make GGG work for out,& I would give him an outside shot of outboxing GGG Certainly pose more problems then Andy Lee who was KTFO By Jcc jr
A few people have touted this on the grounds that Mora has a tricky style, despite basically not being that good. I just don't get it myself, I simply see GGG breaking Mora down and stopping him mid-rounds, in a not-particularly exciting fight. That said, if there's no-one better available, why not?
I'm sure Sergio Mora will be calling for that fight on twitter after GGG has an opponent confirmed. Mora is scheduled to fight on the HBO Latino card on May 31st.
Give Mora a big fight. Doesn't need to be GGG, but someone highly ranked. Mora is entertaining, he can go the distance (competitively) with anyone. This guy gets absolutely no respect. He's never been knocked out, he has a draw with Mosley where he had to cut weight. Both fights vs Vera were disputed, his only real loss was the rematch to Vernon Forrest after winning the first one. I dunno, this guy needs a big fight. He's fighting a guy named Samuel Rogers. It's got to lead to something bigger. Mora has to get out of obscurity.
GGG knocks this bum out in round 2 or 3. Mora is one of the most ridiculous MW boxers I saw. Only Proksa is worse.
GGG can knock pretty much anyone out, and I'm not sure it's smart matchmaking for Mora to fight GGG, but Mora's not a bum.
Waht on earth would lead you to the ludicrous conclusion that Lee would be KO'd early??? the guy has never been on the canvas in his life! You clearly didnt actually watch the Chavez-Lee fight, but please feel free to point out the part of the fight where Lee was "KTFO"
