You can disagree because you like GGG but it is what it is. I actually like GGG, catch all his fight's but a spade is a spade.

Dude is hyped up and has 1 win over a fighter who has done or won anything in Geale so yeah a Berto level fighter would be at the top of his resume.

It's the right fight but I still feel that PPV is evil in general.

Berto = Ouma, who arguably is GGG's best opponent. Murray's beaten nobody.

This isn't a political race. I'm not voting for some higher ideal by watching one fight or the other. I'll watch both, but I won't order either PPV. I can wait a week and see them both on HBO/Showtime.

To spend money on a PPV, it has to be something that I must see LIVE, and neither of these (despite the solid GGG-Lemiuex undercard) meet that standard.

But most of the people on forums who are going to "support" the GGG fight are going to show their loyalty by pirating it on some live stream so I don't see what they're proving. If that fight does 200k buys, I'd be rather surprised. If it does 300k (not counting Canada, as I understand those buys are not reflected in the numbers on other PPV fights, including those with Canadians), I'd be shocked.

Berto has the credentials, but he had to dig really deep to beat Lopez in a fight he was losing. Lopez deserves a rematch. Lemieux's comeback is more impressive as he terrorized and almost stopped Ndam several times throughout the fight and to me Lemieux looked more impressive in his comeback than has Berto, who I take nothing away from. To me Lemieux is in the same league as Quillin, Lee, Jacobs, or Korobov, who IMO are evenly matched and they should fight each other.

No, I'll watch the replay on HBO/Showtime.

I've never watched a fight on an illegal stream.

    kmm

2x WW Champ, wins over Collazo,Forbes, Urango,Zaveck... I'd put Berto over Macklin,Proska,Monroe, Murray, Rubio,Ouma ect...

Berto has actually beaten World Champions, everyone on GGG's resume is best known for losing to World Champions or never even fighting any themselves.

The difference is I'm not acting like May-Berto is a Great Fight but as far as level of opponent Berto >=Lumenix and really all of GGG's resume.

The crazy thing is part of the TS premise is that because its a unification fight it's a great matchup. I'm all of unification fight's but, didn't Mayweather just unify 3 WW Titles and 2 JMW Titles vs fighters all better than Geale & David. And is now fighting a guy in the same level as a Geale and Luminex in a tune up for his final fight.

No one is taking away from Berto's credentials, but he hasn't looked that good in his last 1-2 fights compared to Lemieux in his last 2, and their competition quality wise was pretty even.
