I don't see it. Freddie Roach will not let this fight happen.

Never happen. Cotto will vacate after the Canelo fight, if he wins that is.

Cotto has fought all who come his way and I think it would be a very competitive fight actually. GGG is there to be hit.... and yes he has power, but Cotto took bricks from Margarito.

I think it will be a good scrap, looking forward to seeing it.

Cotto has tools to beat him but not size. I believe golovkin can absorb cotto's shots better than Cotto absorbs his. Even if they fought at a catchweight of 157lbs Gennady is just to big but if Cotto is able to last the 1st 6 rounds and landing at will it can make a difference in his favor but it's hard to even see that.

I don't think he's going to win... That's his cash out fight.

GGG is naturally too big and punches 3-4 weight classes above what he actually is. He wins through size......Cotto's skill set is much higher.

    This.

The joke coach will make his excuses to avoid Golovkin. But if Cotto is to stay at 160 then he needs to fight Golovkin.

I can't believe there are still people out there who have Golovkin as number 2 in the division behind Miguel.

It won't happen, though I'm sure GGG would take that fight in a heartbeat if it were on the table.

If cotto beats canelo I can see the fight happening. Now Cotto has been called out more than once, I think he'll be temped to take it to avoid been seen as a duck.

Sadly that fight won't happen. Of course they ran out of excuses not to fight him, because of the way he's promoted now and doing a number on Rubio for the (bogus) interim WBC strap, has Cotto with his back against the wall.

Cotto if he beats Canelo will vacate with some silly excuse and drop down to 154 where he belongs. Problem is that it would deliver the WBC belt in Golovkin's lap, but still not the lineair title because he just won't get the oppotunity to take it.

So I hope Canelo wins if they fight and does what he has done 'till now and that's fighting the best out there, so we can get an actual fight with GGG in it for the linear/WBC/WBA/IBO/Ring belts.
