The issue with Golovkin isn't that he takes easy fights against low level opponents here and there, it's that he has only taken two serious challengers his entire career, yet continues to act like he needs all these worthless stay busy fights... Stay busy fights to stay busy until his next stay busy fight? Come on, we want to see competitive fights. We all know GGG is going to destroy Munguia, Munguia is not a MW, has never beat a MW. If Golovkin had a stacked resume he would get a lot less criticism for fighting Roles or the 147 and 154 lb fighters he likes fighting. As for Canelo, we know he will fight whoever generates more interest. A stay busy fight isn't bad at all since he has proven to us fans that he will take on challenges, that he is serious about being in competitive fights.
Munguia looked like **** in his last fight and was lucky to win. Terrible fight Munguia is going to take a beating.
Had to look again as I thought you were talking about Canelo vs Jacobs... ...& yes GGG will inflict a masterful beat down...again!
I think it's the other way around if they go through with it. This is the kind of fight your team talks you in to when they secretly think you're about to lose anyways. May as well cash in on that 0.
Stop gargling Ginger Juice for a minute and comment on this: https://www.boxingnews24.com/2019/07/canelo-alvarez-vs-jaime-munguia/
Yippee. And to be clear, I don´t think GGG should wreck the young man. Munguia would probably be too brave for his own good and take six rounds of ugly punishment.
AH HA HA HA! Oh man, those Canelo fans poked a frickin ostrich egg and it exploded all over their faces Truth is, neither GGG nor Canelo should be fighting Munguia, they should be fighting each other. I think there's a lot of behind the scenes negotiations going on that we don't know about.
