Bad fight for GGG. This guy is very strong and can punch pretty good. I predict upset.

Golovkin has already done exactly what Sergio Martinez did, at least twice.

Like Martinez who opted to fight Cotto in the bigger money fight instead of Golovkin, Golovkin refused to fight Charlo when he was ordered too in hopes of fighting Canelo, and he did the same with Derevyanchenko, even though he eventually fought him once Jacobs exposed his weaknesses.

 

Anyone know where to start looking for tickets for this. Struggling a bit finding information online.

Murata clearly blows hot and cold, depending on how motivated he is for the fight. Brant UD'd him the first fight but in the rematch Murata was fired up and did this to him

The boy can clearly punch. He mixes up his attack well both high and low and he doesn't get tired. There's nothing low risk about a good version of Murata.

Murata will be one of Golovkins best opponents faced. Maybe Im forgetting someone but I think Canelo, Jacobs, and Derev are the only guys you can argue are better... I dont like Golovkin but not sure what is to complain about with this one.

 

I agree. I think he provides a stiff challenge to GGG at this point in his career. I'm looking forward to it.

 

I thought Derevchenko beat GGG. BUT yeah, cmon why is he fighting relatively unknown Murata? Should be fighting Charlo or Andrade at this point.
