After watching stevens recently he obviously has some huge power, timing, and speed. Does he have any sort of shot against GGG and would you like to see the fight?

Personally I would love to after stevens wins a fight against a top MW.

Golovkin by knockout!!! Stevens beat an unranked fighter. Roman said he did not feel good at 160, that he feels good at 154.

I would love to see this fight but let's face it, Stevens is not even ranked that high. I'm not sure if there is a more exciting fight at this weight right now but there are certainly more competitive fights for GGG.

Hell ya Id like to see this fight.

I dont get this sect of fans that are against this fight for some reason. As if they are annoyed fans want to see this fight or that Stevens is being considered. Ishida? Rosado? These guys are good opponents for G but Stevens somehow doesn't make the cut? Absurd.

Right now Stevens is the only guy calling out G. He also just so happens to be the strongest, and biggest puncher that G will have faced to date. Those things alone make him an acceptable fight in my eyes. Exactly who is G going to face that's so much better then Stevens? Fighters are shamelessly ducking him to the point that even hearing a fighter mention his name is refreshing. Make that guy a KO puncher who will be there to take G's head off, and hell fans should be happy to just get a fun fight and get a chance to see G in with someone like Stevens.

That so many people feel the need to bash this matchup is boggling to me.

As good as G is, one thing he has shown is that he gets hit. And one thing Stevens can do, is hit. (Though I think his power is/will be a little overrated) Its a fun fight at the very least, and with nobody else eager to step to G right now I would love to see the violence that will ensue between these two.

And its either going to end up with a loud mouth, arrogant power puncher getting his **** pushed in, or one of the biggest upsets of the year. Either way that fans win.

I would like to see the opponents that someone thinks G should fight instead of Stevens.

This is pretty much how I feel. I think stevenson brings as much danger if not more than anyone ggg has fought to this date. And who would you rather see him fight... Sergio, I mean I guess but he is looking worse every fight. This fight should be made and if it is, someone is getting koed within 5 that is for sure.

GGG easily. KO within a few rounds and Stevens lands nothing of consequence on GGG.

I'm not opposed to the fight being made.
Stevens is the only opponent calling GGG out right now.
Main Events as gotten him some publicity and the fight will probably do decent ratings on HBO.
Its going to be in NY and Stevens will bring a crowd with him.

But, lets be honest here, Stevens "resurgence" has been built on sub par opponents and some national TV time on NBC Sports.
He couldn't land his power on Brinkley over 12 rounds. Why would we think he will land it on GGG?

    GGG by KO

Still one of the more dangerous fights for Gennadiy.
Make it happen, I love all the Golotards who say Stevens hasn't earned his shot, meanwhile, Gennadiy fought guys like Ishida and Rosado. :rofl
