GGG was far too tough for Brook

An American poster who goes by the name Pimp C doesn't like GGG. What a surprise.

 

Hard to lose when your opponent Quits. Brook doesnt have the heart or ability to carry out the plan you are describing. Trying to 'outbox' GGG is suicide. He is going to spit in your face and kick your ass which is what he did by walking through Brook and making his corner throw in a towel. If that was Team Brook's strategy then he should fire that Ingle clown and get a trainer that knows what he is doing not someone who is a trainer because of who his daddy was.

 

brook needs surgery from 4 rds of sharing a ring with ggg. thats right, 4 rds before he was rendered completely helpless. a lara fight would go exactly the same way except a lot more running and a much softer chin.

I knew it was his right eye. But in any event, it was the worst stoppage by a trainer to which his fighter wasn't close to be stopped by the refs and wasn't close of being knockdown smh. Soto trainer in later on made a way better decision to stop the fight cause that Japan fighter was just killing Soto in that last round before the stop.

 

are you stupid? the man just told you brook had pieces of bone floating around his face near his eye and now needs surgery to glue him back together, but you feel he should have been smashed a bit longer.

 

Getting repeatedly hit by Golovkin on your freshly fractured eye socket is not a good idea.

 

Alot of fighters have been to the hospital and needs surgeries after fights I mean things happen all the time smh. Pac torn his shoulder in the 4th round in the mayweather fight and went to get a surgery. Holyfield need a surgery after fights most of the time. This is a tough damn sport smh. Just cause brook need a surgery for his eye, doesn't mean the fight should be stopped like that especially if brook didn't look like he was terribly in trouble smh. Anybody with a brain and is a true boxing fan should easily know that was one of the worst stoppage. If his trainer was worry soo much and wanted to protect his fighter? Then he's a dummy trainer to let brook sign the contract in the first place.

 

you dont think the eye injury was discussed in between rds by the team? brook was ready to quit the rd before when he told his team he was seeing 3 gggs. youre an idiot if you believe the decision to throw in the towel was a spontaneous one.

I get it brook needed a surgery for his badly eye I get it but so what? Did his trainer expect brook to not get hurt or seriously hurt before they sign the contract? Again even for the surgery, brook was still not close of being stopped that's not involved the trainer and wasn't close of being knockdown smh. Imagine if holyfield trainer in holyfield prime threw in the towel when holyfield didn't look like he was seriously in trouble even though holyfield says his eyes or any part of his body is injured? Holyfield would fired that trainer the next day. I can say the same to other past legends fighters.

 

Just watched the video....it was the Brit broadcast and I'm surprised they didn't have asthma attacks the way they were pumped up at Brook's performance.

Props to Brook for lasting so long, but let's be factual here: GGG rearranged the molecules of his eye and beat his body like you'd tenderize a tough steak. Brook fought the fight of his life and hit GGG with bombs that GGG laughed off.

I like Danny Jacobs but he'd be pulverized by GGG. I don't know about Saunders because I haven't seen him.

Canelo-GGG is the fight we'd all like to see....be honest with yourselves. It would be a war. Probably would set a record for left hooks to the body.

 

And? Past fighters have told their trainers of what kind of injury they badly hurt at like with mayweather broken hands, torn shoulder but never the trainer stop it. You talk like an idiot, not true boxing fan for real. Pac had a torn shoulder from the start of the 4th round and told roach in the corner which roach never once stop the fight. Boxing is a tough dangerous sport. If brook trainer can't let his fighter fight without the fighter not close of being stopped by the refs and it didn't look like he was badly hurt? Then that trainer should just retired point blank period.

 

I guarantee of canelo vs ggg happen? The trainer won't threw in a towel when his fighter ain't close of being serious in trouble.

Was the Britt announcers say it was a great stoppage by brook's trainer?

 

Kind of an understatement.

He may never fight again depending on how severe the injury is.
