Canelo just sold 250k PPV's so does it really matter? That isn't a huge number either.

Don't you dare say that about the P4P best middleweight to ever lace them up, the most complete boxer to ever step in the ring. He punches harder than Julian Jackson which is evidently clear by the fact that sparring partners have said he hits like a heavyweight, no one ever said that about Jackson. He also cracked Geale's (who has never been knocked out before) mandible so badly that Geale got ko'ed again just 2 fights afterwards by a career welterweight.

Also his defense is impenetrable, the only time he has ever been hit is when he purposely let the opponent hit him, otherwise he has never been hit in a match before. Future ATG with wins against Stevens from the hood, Planet Buster Geale, MacDaddy Macklin, Lemmings, Murray River, he also won a street fight in the ring against a professional boxer named Brooks who is shaping up to be the next Sugar Ray Leonard (GGG vs Brooks was basically a modern day Hagler vs Leonard with a twist, one was boxing whilst the other was using a street fighting style and usually street fight no match for professional boxing).

So let me get this straight the OP has created a thread speculating what Triple G's ppv numbers will for a fight three months away, and how those numbers will be poor and affect his earning power in a fight at least 9 months away against a fighter who has shown no inclination to fight him yet.

Nice obsessed life you got there buddy.
Let's just focus on a good fight with GGG and Jacobs.

GGG = The biggest hype job for years, wont face anyone who may tickle him a little hard, wont step up weight and take on a challenge, always fights the less fancied or lighter man, if the brook fight shows one thing, it shows that if you stand up to him he can be beaten.

If brook was a natural MW the outcome would have been different, GGG would be no more.

Biggest hype and bottle job to ever lace a pair on.

I think GGG-Jacobs will do a bit more than that if it's marketed properly.

Anyway, if Canelo-GGG is going to happen some agreement as to the money will probably be reached before March. The bigger danger is if GGG or Canelo lose to somebody.

Or ... Canelo vs Jacobs would do about 400k

GGG vs Chavez Jr would do nearly as much

    Opponents do matter.
