GGG will wait for Chavez/Canelo results

golovkin may be forced to rematch jacobs pretty soon if canelo and oscar keep finding other money fights or this one turns into a mexican classic with a demand for rematch

I think GGG learns the hard way to take the money when it's offered.....price will drop as this PPV with Cheesburger Jr is going to do BIG numbers.

 

Ok I'm a GGG fan but I've really had it with the Abel Sanchez spiel,all this fight four times a year is just pure bull s*** and whilst they're saying Saunders didn't get made cause of GGGs tough battle with Jacobs I don't believe it,they doing what Oscar tells em for fear of losing the Canelo fight that's never looked like happening,K2 are being trolled as usual and get this they now saying GGGs next fight they want either Canelo or Chavez,obviously they don't feel confident enough to say Canelo outright as they are so scared of it not being made they literally jumping through hoops in the hope that Oscar and Canelo aren't trolling em again this time lol.

Canelo should be raring to go against GGG,no question he's slowed up.

I don't think the fight is happening in Sept. K2 has been punked out by Oscar yet again.

 

Yes but think about it. Who else, other than Canelo, Cotto and Pac, could get better numbers than GGG?
He is the top 4 earner in the sport if you don't count AJ, but that is British money and Brits are much better boxing fans than Americans/Canadians.

 

I think the Kazakhstan venue fell through. That's the only explanation that makes sense here.

Otherwise, Loeffler thinks Canelo is going to be in two major fights back to back? That definitely does NOT make sense.

 

It won't make remotely enough for those purses. Gggs not a big enough draw. Wlad AJ are only getting 12 mil each. Canelo should have taken the offer when he got it

 

And Chavez or Canelo will wait until Golovkin gets old.

 

I wonder if Oscar has fixed this fight against Chavez? He owns the judges, boxing commission, referee, something is fishy..............El Pollo could have fought Golovkin, but gave up his title rather than fight him. Who has El Pollo fought since? Nobody.........Liam Smith? LOL

 

There is no need for overreaction in my opinion, I believe a deal will be done if Canelo wins clearly on May 6. GGG will get about $15 million if the fight sells according to expectations, Oscar is just trolling GGG and his team when he says that it may be less. And there was never any contract to sign until after the Chavez Jr fight, clearly, as Canelo's team have said that a rematch may be needed. It was merely a financial agreement, and both sides have recently said that they were mostly agreed.

So let's relax and see what happens May 6.

 

I don't know why it seems like a lot of fans on both sides don't want this fight to happen, there is no argument to make that Saunders is a better fighter than Canelo
Close fight with Jacobs aside GGG is considered the man at MW defense record and all that bs. Canelo has been the man at JMW and is officially moving up in his fight vs Chavez this is the fight to make it. Golovkin coming off a competitive fight vs his best opponent so far, and Canelo presuming he wins coming off what should be a high exposure fight which should bring a lot of faces the the sport setting up the big one in Sept(knock on wood).

I think the belts still have meaning 75% of the time depending on circumstances, but right now GGG is undisputed the WBC,WBA,&IBF have coordinated with each other the last 3 years on this matter the WBO has always been the weakest link and is not needed to be Undisputed. If Saunders had no belt no one would care hell CHAVEZ is better than Saunders more should think of this as a good move and hope the fight comes off next.

 

GGG is a dont'er , not a do'er.
