Not to mention his stamins is a bit iffy as well, if he doesn't knock out GGG early (and GGG is not stupid, he wouldn't come bum rushing him, he'd be careful of the hook) a late stoppage is probably unavoidable.

Lee is the best MW that accepts to fight GGG, so he deserves respect for that. But his chances are very slim. I think a lot of people who think he can beat GGG will have a change of opinion after the BJS fight - which Lee can (and for the sake of the division hopefully will) win but it will be competitive.

I have to admit it is somewhat refreshing to see a guy go for Lee, instead of the usual suspects that can hide behind Haymon's skirt or reside in a higher weightclass.
Come from behind KO artist Lee is at least someone who would have the cojones to fight GGG and not just running his mouth. But he won't win unless he gets really, really lucky.

Lee is an awkward tall fighter with a punch, but his chin is below average and he tends to cut easy. Bad punch resistance vs GGG? Good luck!

Don't discount GGG's defense. It is very good.

GGG rips him up and his iron like chin greatly diminishes a puncher's " lottery chance "

I'd like to see the match being made.

I remember during the Lemieux fight, GGG was off balance and open, and David cracked him with a huge punch, I imagine 99% of all mws woukdve at the very least been dropped, but GGG ate it somehow

He really does have an iron chin. Not a good habit to get into relying on it though as it will eventually erode, but always a good attribute to have as a boxer

Watching an interview with Lee on Boxnation now he's such a class act. No question he's going to take the fight against Golovkin should he get past Saunders.

Says he only probably has 3 or 4 fights left and that he wants one of the titlists in his next fight after Saunders should he emerge victorious and that most likely it will be Golovkin.

Look anything can happen in boxing but I wouldnt be so confident in Lee hey.
Quillin almost knocked him out last fight!! Now if quillin can do that to him, what would GGG do?
Lemeuix can also punch but look what happened in that fight... forget it, Lee is just not good enough

Would love to see Lee land his big hook on GGG to see the result. If GGG takes it an laughs NO ONE could ever say again that GGG doesn't have a good chin because Lee can take anyone out if he lands his punch.

Andy Lee? Really? A man that lost to Brian Vera, look as much as I like Andy Lee just stop it.

Golovkin is just levels about the other middleweights, nobody has got remotely close to even troubling him yet.

I like Lee, he is a good honest pro. Unfortunately I don't give him much chance in this fight but would like to see it made if he gets past BJS.

Lee is a lovely guy but he's getting knocked out when he faces Golovkin. Sure he has that potent right hook but Golovkin's whiskers are rock solid and Lee's aren't strong enough to withstand the heat Golovkin's fists bring.

    Lemieux hits harder than Lee.
