tbh I think lee has better one punch power and the old saying goes its the punches you don't see that hurt the most. lemiuex are telegraphed from a mile away lees are sneaky but lee has no hope against ggg
Not necessarily a telling stat but go look at Lee's KO% , then compare it to Lemeuix...there are reasons to believe that David hits harder than Lee
Mayweather "retired" undefeated solely due to Vegas officials giving him decisions he did not deserve. Castillo beat him so did Maidana but Vegas corruption robbed them both. Add to this the dark cloud over his head due to IV Gate Does Floyd really have a legitimate career?????????? atsch:think
If Lee can knock out Saunders, then he'll be on a good run of dropping or stopping his opponents. Puncher's chance v GGG, but this is boxing so you never know.
I like Andy Lee but his chances of beating GGG are minimal. In fact, I'm far from sure he makes it past BJS.
I like Lee, hope he gets a good payday - can't see him causing GGG any issues. Will be good to see if/how GGG approaches the fight. Has been over confident in some recent fights not worrying what opponents can do, seemed more professional and cautious in early rounds against Lemeuix. Think GGG will walk through him and look good doing it. Little credence on Floyd's 'undefeated' tag. Too many fights not made and fortunate decisions. Would rather the best stay active by fighting the best out there.
Would love Lee to do it but I'd only give him as much chance as Martin Murray. GGG is a wrecking ball and is a level above everybody at 160.
Do people think GGG retires undefeated so? It just won't happen. Undefeated champions are rare and the boxing Gods will not sanction another one immediately after Mayweather. All that taken into account GGG must be beaten and Andy Lee has the tools best equipped to do so. Remember Golovkin's 33, he's no spring chicken, a hard rain is gonna fall yet on the "new face of boxing".
He will if he doesn't fight anyone worth a ****. Andy is tough, and his long range might give GGG problems for a while, but I don't see him winning.
Golovkin still misses his early days in Russia as a goat herder. B-level Boxing is his job, but goat herding is his passion. His only real goal is to fight enough fights while earning the crumbs that K2 throws him until one day he can afford to purchase a large goat farm and return to his roots as a simple and honest Russian goat herder. Little g will never be the G.O.A.T, but at least in the end he will be the one watching over many goats.
