He'd get exposed and would lose even worse than Broner if he jumped up to 175 right away and fought Kovalev in his second fight. :nono Broner showed great heart tonight and proved he's willing to fight anybody. Meanwhile, GayGayGay is fighting Nelson Mandela's nephew next
Shut it, ****-for-brains. Your boy got exposed on his first major outing and even got fukced in the ass. What a clown !
Today Broner and GGG both walk at around 170 during off-season. I mean it was only natural for young Broner (24yo) to move up in weight like it was for Golovkin (31yo) when he was a kid. But stupid people will never stop talking sh!t and making comparisons when they don't make sense. Deal with it, Broner got schooled big time, accept it and shut up, Mr.
Golovkin wouldn't be exposed by Kovalev. That's a toss up fight. Kovalev is bigger but not that much bigger, he's not a big LHW. And your comparison is invalid because Broner is Maidana's size, not smaller. Broner was cutting weight to make 135 and had a size advantage over his opponents in the ring.
GGG is far more technically sound than Broner, so I'd give him a much better chance. On top of this, triple G hits like a mule, in all likelihood he'd be dangerous at any weight he could make.
Knee jerk reaction from bballchump, is that right phrase for it?:huh:think I mean his hero got humbled and fans embarrassaed. I dont know english that well.
I think so. Guy just trying to say Broner ain't so bad and lashing out at GGG fans / Golovkin to try and make a point. Thing is, I don't think Broner would be getting all the s#it now if he hadn't spent months telling everyone how he's the (second) best fighter in the world who was gonna f#kk up Maidana easy. In the unlikely event of GGG fighting Kovalev he might lose, but no one would call it an exposure - kovalevs a naturally bigger guy and quite possibly the best LHW in the world - perhaps more importantly, the two guys know and respect each other, and GGG wouldn't be mouthing off and dismissing Kovalev (or vice versa). (a small) Part of me feels sorry for Broner, but he decided to talk the talk - and got the $s from it. If he can't live up to his own appalling hype then of course he's gonna look like a fool.
Hahaha Ripper acting like a butthurt phaggot in this thread. Not only that, you just compared Maidana (who is likely not even top-5 @ welter) to Kovalev who is most likely the top LHW in the division right now.
Lets see: Adrien Broner jumped from 135 -> 147lbs to fight Malignaggi (a small WW and a former 140lbs'er) and Marcos Maidana, getting his arse beat by a former LWW and a small WW himself). That somehow compares to Gennadyi Golovkin (A relatively small 160lbs'er who could potentially make 154lbs) fighting Sergey Kovalev (A man who never fought south of 175lbs as a professional and hasn't been under 175lbs since 2007 as an amateur) :rofl
