GGG's American is pretty damn good now

right on--Michael Buffer said more or less the same (not to me personally but in an interview, i think which was shown on the HBO "behind the scenes" for the Jacobs fight); in particular he had dinner with GGG and GGG's wife and son, and Buffer remarked if he had to guess GGG's profession he would guess host of a children's show or something like that.

One of GGG's long-time sparring partners Darnell Boone (who can crack) said that when he met GGG, they sat together at lunch and GGG expressed his admiration, and praised his skill as a fighter, asked Darnell about his family and so forth; then after lunch they went back to the gym and sparred three rounds and Boone said "GGG tried to kill him"
