Not really. For instance, if I said that multiple studies show that African Americans are 18 IQ points dumber on average than white people, I wouldn't be racist because that's a verifiable fact. Same if I said that they are even dumber in the Deep South where there's less inter-breeding. Or if I said these numbers hold steady in countries all over the world, except Africa where the average IQ for a black person in the south is 70, which is considered re****ed.
