    Have you seen those videos where the guy says "distance IS defence"? ok, ggg is the living proof of it. He is ALWAYS at the right distance, technically that's one of the hardest things to achieve by a boxer because it involves a lot of different abilities at the same time. Cotto doesnt even dream such a sense of distance.

    I dont know if he cant or if he doesnt know how to, but a boxer must fight on his backfoot when he has to, if he doesnt he makes a huge mistake. And ggg doesnt do it. Though, I honestly dont think that he doesnt know how to, he is technically too good not to know. Maybe he doesnt feel comfortable, or doesnt feel like, or doesnt consider it necessary because he only fights bums with 6 kos in his whole pro-career.:conf

    The only one who has a chance is Ward, no one else. Everyone else is just another KO victim. Carl Froch who isnt even a great technician like GGG gave Ward hell the last rounds of their bout, GGG is not Froch.

    If he did, he'd have already fought and beaten Golovkin to a bloody pulp

    Do you think Golovkin being a more calculated boxer will make it easier for Ward? In relation to Ward vs Froch.

    Andre Ward has little knock out power, GGG wont need to worry about being put to sleep, he can stalk and outbox Ward for 12 rounds if he needs to. Allot of people are forgetting that GGG is not just a power puncher, he is a cold calculating boxer-puncher.

    Nay Sayer just claimed Cotto easily does everything better than Golovkin.:patsch

    How do you even begin to respond to something like that? It is akin to arguing in favor of the Earth being flat.

    This mistakenly assumes that Ward won't leave Golovkin's face looking like he had a beehive smashed in his face long before 12.

    Froch has legitimate one punch KO power @ 168. I doubt the Triple Duck hears the final bell if that fight were to happen. Bum-love-kin is WAY too easy to hit...

    EDIT: and BTW, the notion that the Triple Duck is somehow a "great technician" and Froch isn't is pure BS. Fact is, Froch's resume takes a HUGE dump all over the Triple Duck's.

    Froch > Bum-love-kin

    Cotto is a better fighter than the Triple Duck. Miguel has the better resume and has accomplished more. Is this even up for debate?

    Jab = Cotto
    Balance = Cotto
    Defense = Cotto [and it ain't even close]
    Body Punching = Cotto [and again it ain't even close]
    Movement = Cotto
    Speed = Cotto
    Ring IQ = Cotto
    Resume = Cotto [and AGIAN it ain't even close]

    The ONLY thing Bum-love-kin has over Cotto is puncing power - and personally I think Cotto @ 140 was every bit the puncher Bum-love-kin is @ 160...

    I'd take Ward @168, Canelo & Andrade @160/54, & Mayweather @154 over GGG right now.

    GGG right now is benefitting from a sub par division the best guy is Cotto, and honestly if Cotto managed to beat Canelo he should be favored over GGG as well.
