    Is a reason i've seen flying around on here and on twitter as to why Canelo won.


    GGG's best rounds were in the second half of the fight after he had took the majority of the power shots from Canelo.

    "Canelo's power shots had no effect on GGG", he actually got stronger the more he took.


    So he threw more (Better aggressor)
    Landed more (Better offence)
    Took less (Better defence)



    Is there some boxing rule in Nevada where ginger mexicans start with a 2 point advantage on the cards?

    Looking for logic in boxing scoring is like looking for a plot in michael bay movies. You may find some, but it'll be pretty ridiculous.

    Boxing always has given the more marketable fighter the decision. Kenny Norton basically ended Muhammad Ali's coherent life, yet lost two of three bs decisions.
