GGG's TERRIFIC knockout reminded me of Mike Tyson vs. Marvis Frazier

    Uppercut and a vicious combination.

GGG's version was more beautiful, while less damaging.

As the commentators said: There's an aura like during the era of Mike Tyson around Golovkin.

This is the type of **** that harms Golovkins reputation. Blowing things way out of proportion, not fighting whoever is willing to step in the ring with him on few weeks notice.

I thought of the same comparison this morning, but quickly dismissed it

Golovkin wipes the floor with Tyson in every department

This is only a sport when fights are competitive and evenly matched , other wise its just a bully beating on a smaller man , and ruining his career which was the case in the Brook fight.
Golovkin had better choices against actual middle weights , he sought out an inactive , 154 pounder , coming off a loss instead. He's a ducking , cherry picking disgrace :buenrollo:

Vanes is a far superior boxerl than Frazier was at this time.

He was also the only one willing to fight GGG at such a short notice. Who else would have stepped in?

And you are a complete imbecile who has no clue what "good business sense" is. GGG wouldve been an absolute fool to have fought against any of the top mw last night. I dont like he fought a blown up jrmw and id agree with you but all that ducking talk is just flat out stupid.

He could have pushed the date back a bit to take care of his mandatory obligation which then would have made him free to fight Canelo in Sept.
It may turn out that he sacrificed his IBF belt just to go ahead with this joke fight.
And i don't give a rats ass about "good business sense", i pay them , they don't pay me , so i expect real fights from a guy who is #1 P4P

Yeah but he entertains you, you don’t entertain him. If he doesn’t entertain u don’t pay? I mean I don’t buy Jane Austin books.

Theres absolutely no comparison between the two... NONE!

In fact it resembled Jones-Griffin 1 when jones hit him when he was down. Yeah I like that comparison way better!

This was not a good fight. Vanes has been too inactive to have been expected to show much in this fight but he's not as bad a supposedly last minute replacement as a Stiverne or Arreola. I's suspect him to be competitive should he return proper as he is a decent fighter.

That said - was he the best opponent available? Obviously not. That was Dev but outside of going to war with him for peanuts what other options were there really?

should of been fighting Canelo last night if you remember so all this should’ve,would’ve BS can be taken to extremes.
I’d rather he fought his mandatory also but he didn’t so we got what we got and only Golovkin and his fans would get stick for beating a half decent, proven to be tough opponent in two rounds?
Think about It Dino and at least try and be honest, what other current boxer would you hate on,on account of him being left in a horrible situation and choosing a late replacement opponent and then start blaming some of his fans for the reason why you hate him?

Guess you’ve never give it a thought but that way of thinking is so weak, like him or loathe him that’s completely your prerogative and is fine but to put it on some over zealous fans as you see it,is just a cop out.

I say this as someone who likes both Mayweather and Manny Pac so admittedly I’m not the best at understanding fandom as I just like what I see whoever it may be.
