I thought Golovkin edged the first fight against Canelo 7-5, but its not out of the realms of possibility that Canelo earned a draw. And i see no problem with Canelo getting the nod in fights 2 and 3. People want to give credit to Golovkin for wins he doesn't officially have to enhance his legacy, yet they seem to forget Golovkin scrapped by Jacobs, Derevyanchenko, in very close fights which he possibly could of lost 1 of them.
You guys have such a hard on for GGG, but his resume is mostly crap Yes he was a very good fighter, but his resume stinks People call the likes of Floyd a ducker and overrated, but his supposed cherry picks are still.better than 99.9% of GGGs entire resume He definitely should have at least thr first canelo win,but even if you count the canelo wins? The rest is still rubbish Someone like Joe Calzaghe would have humiliated GGG if they were in the same division
I think people who followed Golovkins Career are aware with how his Resume transpired given the fact that he couldn't get many fights signed earlier on with many opponents & his Management being behind with him fighting overseas allot of those times before fully arriving to the HBO scene, Oh BTW way to make it about Floyd, Supposed Cherry picks? you mean the "Ripe Cherry picks" & your right about him putting the "D" in Ducker & about him being overrated to the max, good job.
I think he beat Canelo so that should count. Besides that..... uhhhh Jacobs and Lemieux ? Yeah it's getting kind of hard to name the names
Canelo 1 Jacobs Murata Derevenchenko Brook, Probably. He beat a lot of middlish, respectable names, but nobody huge.
I thought GGG won the first Canelo fight but I'm not going to rewrite boxing history to cater to one guy. There's loads of fights throughout boxing history where I thought the winner didn't get the nod. His best wins are... Jacobs(close fight) Derevenchenko( had only 13 fights, went on a losing streak, close fight, some thought he lost) Kell Brook(career Welterweight, never fought at Middleweight before or after) Ryota Murata(had a 2 year lay off, retirement fight) David Lemiuex(one dimensional belt holder)
We can find that out for you, buddy. https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/348759 Says here that Saul Alvarez has 2 wins and a draw over GGG.
Reality for me is that that Canelo was awarded a draw in the first fight by the judges (yes this fact is beyond dispute) but there is actually no legitimate reasonable to way to score the fight as anything but a win for GGG.
Do you concede that GGG actually won the fight? Are there certain fights like Chavez - Whitaker and Lewis - Holyfield I where it is clear that the wrong fighter was awarded the decision or given a draw?
I will except it when I except Biden really won the election. When the subject comes up, I will tell it like it is. Robberies remain Robberies, they don't change over time.
