Degale looks like he should be able to drain to 160 pretty easy.. if he walks at 180-something...

He needs to work on head movement though.

I mean that was a good shot DeGale landed.. but Demers basically just quit after taking it.

It's weird how guys like DeGale and Chisora still have so few actual bouts on their record, yet have been "names" in the pros for seemingly ages now.

DeGale often comes across as an actual arrogant dick. Calling Groves ugly etc.

Khan has seemingly got a reputation for being arrogant without ever actually doing or saying anything that noticable to earn it.

The most ive ever seen him say is "Ill KO him" or "im the best in the division"

Both things I would expect anyone who is at a world level to say.

Khan comes across as borderline shy in most of his interviews.Nevermind arrogant

DeGale says he worked on that uppercut in the gym, and has been sharpening his inside game.

He says he respects Demers but that his power was too much.

DeGale calls out Jean Pascal...kind of. He says "give me a couple more fights" and then he wants a title shot.

    Round 1

Maduma is jabbing up top and dropping in straight rights to the body from a full pace apart. Carreon is carefully circling, rapping in a few double jab bursts and checking Maduma's defenses for a weakness. Maduma remains coiled, left arm carried low, baiting Carreon to come in leading with a jab so he can unleash the counter right cocked by his chin. Both men are holding back and giving each other respect.

    10-9 Maduma

    Round 2

Maduma is trotting to his left, throwing quick counter hooks as Carreon reaches with a jab flashed out in multiples. Carreon is throwing jab feints and trying to force Maduma to react to his false start approaches. Counter right hand by Maduma over a Carreon jab, knocking him on his heels. Carreon skirts the ropes and faces up to Maduma, rolling out some more jabs.

    10-9 Maduma

    20-18 Maduma

The crowd is getting restless. Some boos.

It's like they're saying "Man, we sat through that whole undercard, you owe us! :fire"

    Round 3

Maduma is circling in close, popping in the left hook, then jerking back and tracking wide around Carreon. A few spring-loaded right hands by Carreon after leaning way back, falling short or just grazing. Carreon manages to yank himself out of the way of Maduma's counters. Maduma is only throwing single blows. Neither is really keen to work in combination and leave themselves open. Left hooks traded. Big right hand by Carreon, and Maduma is slightly buzzed! Maduma holds. Carreon pushes free and flails both arms in on him.

    10-9 Carreon

    29-28 Maduma

    Round 4

Maduma is trading jabs with Carreon at mid-range, and sniping with the right hand after rolling away from Carreon's when they're doubled up and thrown a bit looser. Maduma jabs the body, then hooks at Carreon's chin but misses as Carreon tilts out.

    10-9 Maduma

    39-37 Maduma
