HARD left hook by Carreon. Maduma backs up and pushes the right hand, using it like a discouraging jab to provide a barrier for Carreon to run into. Carreon bypasses it and hooks at the body. Jabs on the forehead by Carreon as Maduma ducks on the outside. Lots of posing and defensive miming by Maduma. Flurry by Carreon stepping in, missing over Maduma's head as he ducks and swivels. Carreon jabs over Maduma's neck. Measuring jab into the air by Carreon, with Maduma tilting his upper body back. Right hand by Maduma, coming forward aggressively looking to steal the round back.

Round 6

Maduma is jabbing and using lots of jittery nervous energy, backing up and slinking to either side while throwing a few jabs halfway across the gap before pulling them and moving some more. Carreon stalks but doesn't rush in, and throws down a few sandbags when they circle by the ropes. Double rights to the body by Maduma, and a few low poking jabs.

Round 7

Maduma is loading up and firing in the straight right to the belly from outside and then resuming his place up on the grassy knoll. Carreon is chopping at Maduma's head after jabbing in close, missing as Maduma drops a level and spins away. Body jabs by Maduma.

Round 8

Maduma is jabbing and cutting low with the right hand, staying outside. Carreon is showing a waterwheel jab, getting countered by Maduma's quicker and straighter version. Hooks and jabs by Maduma while circling, rattling Carreon with a solid right hand after paving the way with his left.

Round 9

Maduma is on his bike, squatting and stretching out jabs to the body while keeping himself shrunk back. Carreon steps in and hooks the body. Maduma is in a seated position, moving his legs and popping out deterrent jabs. Carreon swings the left and right up and over, hunting Maduma across the ring and settling for a few body taps when he pushes Maduma to the ropes before the quick spiraling escapes Maduma is able to execute.

Round 10

Maduma gets through with a right hand under Carreon's elbow, and follows with a long left hook to the body. Maduma is gaining confidence throwing from a medium-far mark, and catches the onward rush of Carreon by draping his arm over him in a quick clinch. Jabs and overhands by Carreon, spraying his way in but getting countered from a crouch or grabbed and turned away. Maduma is negative but effective in spots. Carreon isn't able to cut the ring off and eats a couple of jabs on the outside.
