Really intrigued by Mike Gibbons and Tommy Loughren. Can someone describe the St.Paul style? Also how do you c a M. Gibbons H2H with Loughren? How would both do against modern era greats? Sorry I turned one question into 3
The little I have to add for this posting is through trainer Bill Kaehn who said much of Del Flannigan's style was influenced by what he knew of Mike. Pep is considered the best defensive genius from the waist down but the St. Paul phantom may have been his equal there.
