Not really. Obviously when faking a KO, that's precisely the impression they aim to give. But it could easily have been faked.
The burden of proof is on those who wants to prove that it was a fix, not the other way around. Otherwise we should be sceptical about every single result in every single fight.
In a wrestling set up both parties are in on the fake. In a boxing set up usually only one party knows. Even if both fighters were in on it, that would be an almost impossible punch to stage. It was a fluke pure and simple.
