    Mills was relentless there. Made quick work of Harvey.
    Harvey was way past his best, 35 years old and had been out of the ring 3 years.

    Concurring with my Texas compadre, plus Teddy would somehow work in his effort for establishment of a USA Federal Commission...even though the fight in question was in the UK and a US Fed Commission would have no authority there.
