2 uppercuts to the body, overhand right to the head, hook, straight, glove check, looping straight.
Probably cracked his chin because it turned him 180 degrees.

    Courtney smiled because Corbett smiled.
What is he doing there, the poor guy!

Corbetts legacy sadly loses 1 or 2 points in the eyes of Boxiana because of those shorts.

Rez......what is the longest version of this fight you can find? The clips on YouTube are very short.

All these clips are from a Documentary on Corbett from Setanta. Adam Pollock is one of the main people who gets interviewed.

The cool thing though, is I have a pure HD rip of the doc. And in the doc there is footage of the Courtney fight and the Fitzsimmons fight.

So it's not that much footage, but the fact that it's HD makes every second more valuable.

Corbett beat both John L. Sullivan & Bob Fitzimmons, both known heavy hitters for their day. That film of Sullivan & other great fighters made in 1910 (?) or so, out frapping around with each other, showed Sullivan to be a pretty dangerous looking guy.

He beat Vito " Don " Capone for the New Jersey heavyweight title. That's tough to top!

Nothing verifiable besides he was billed as the heavyweight champion from the state of New Jersey.

There is several round of this fight. Corbett essentially toys with him then knock him out in the final frame.
