I'm testing out some now 'super' slow motion techniques, and trying to get it to look crisp.
It's not perfect, and it has some warping issues. But overall, it works!

Nice one. What a flush shot that was, all set up with the long left upper cut. Braddock never seen it coming.

I wonder if he purposefully moved the left arm away before the KO shot

He did, my breakdown of the fight https://imgur.com/gallery/DW2Q5 Braddock had been reaching with the left to occupy the line for the right hand. Joe needed to get it out of the way to land the right. Look at at that gif. Did that look unintentional to you?

    Beautiful work, Rez.

The uppercut clears the way for him to step in for the overhand right.
It's' a "whatever gets in the way gets in way" kind of set up punch.
And with his power, that left can make way.

"I couldn't have got up for a million dollars".perfect technique and punch placement. Thanks!
ps He reminds me of Arguello, the way he throws his right hand.

Your clip is so clear, it's the first time I can see the damage that had been previously inflicted on Braddock .. and what a shot ..

Arguello's right always came a bit straighter than Joe's. But that's probably just the biomechanical difference between their body types. Joe tended to use the over hand right more, Arguello threw like he had a needle at the end of his glove.

Great work. One quibble though--I don't think it was the trajectory of Louis' badly missed punch that led to the knockdown. Seems to me that what really cost him was his completely out of position left (low and defensively useless), and the manner in which he fell forward with his back foot during the follow through, squared up and off-balance.

None of which would have happened if he hadn't thrown that right hand hard as humanly possible. Even if he had his left hand up in proper position, it was the uppercut that caught him. Even if the left hand is by his temple he still probably takes that punch, and still probably goes down.
