    Analysis by gif is just absurdly myopic. I am not interested in what a fighter does right or wrong once in a 7 second clip against an anonymous sparring partner. Tendencies in character, technique and talent over a complete fight against high level opponents are the proper basis for evaluation. Or maybe I'm just old fashioned.

    I would rather watch 7 good seconds of Dempsey rather than 7 bad seconds. Either way, I would much prefer more complete fights of his to exist.

    I think you're taking it for something it isn't.
    This is meant to show that he can employ proper classical boxing methods that take years to learn and master.

    It's not meant to serve as the means in which to fully evaluate Galento.
    This seems obvious from the fact that it's just a few seconds of footage.
    But people surprisingly have this irrational interpretation.
    I can't explain it any other way than a pushback against a fear of their prior premonitions coming under fire.
