No one is saying Lara beats GGG, all is saying is that Lara would be the highest skilled fighter GGG would have ever faced. Lara is a name fighter. Lara has been in PPVs. Lara is a champion. Lara will be a good fight for GGG for a change over bum of the month.

 

they act like lara is a nobody and means nothing because they can clearly see k2 and company are not exactly thrilled about the idea of fighting him....so theyll discredit him anyway they can

Lara does have skills but whilst he will pose problems he will also be fighting the best fighter he will have ever met.

Rosado is a big guy.

 

I happen to be friends with Carlos so I know that his promoter at the time after the GGG-Proksa fight contacted K2 offering to fill Golovkins next date because they were having a lot of trouble finding someone. In the end they went with Rosado, thank Christ. Pretty sure that would've sucked pretty bad for Carlos.

And no, I do not rate the Rosado win very much for Gennady. Remember he had the flu all fight week and didn't cancel so that should tell ya what Golovkin thought of that match up.

Angelo over Rosado at 154 is a very solid win though IMO.

 

I don't think every fighter GGG has faced is a bum.. The term is used figuratively.

But Lara definitely is the highest skilled fighter. Not a GREAT opponent, but better than what he's feated on thus far.
