I'm surprised Barboza isn't getting a bunch of title shots, perfect guy to rob a decision from.

 

It´s definitely a somewhat recent change. They aren't/weren't always this bad. There have been plenty of cards with completely decent commentary from Mora and the usual crew... but this one is just horrendous.

 

It was a okay victory. This was clearly a diminished version of Ramirez tonight. Barboza has had 31 professional fights, and this dude is still in the same place he was say 2020 when he defeated Alex Saucedo. If he was any good, he would have already have fought for a title.

I thought the Pedraza he beat was underrated. He could win a title vs the right guy. I don't think he's the best though
