    Round 1 Ramirez 10-9, close

Joe out very aggressive. Whipping in right hooks, and jabbing. Zurdo throwing one twos. Joe landing hooks to the body. Hard one two from Zurdo. Zurdo landing jabs to the body. Hooks to the body from Joe. Zurdo lands two heavy one twos. Gets in an uppercut. Joe swarms him, lands some weak hooks.

1-0 Zurdo.. Joe can still punch, this is going to get interesting the next couple of rounds.

Smith is cutting ring with no problem. If he would let his hands go he may catch Ramirez

Think Smith did enough to edge that round.

    So does Joe though.

More concrete in his boots than a New York Mafia debtor.

Joe looks like he's always looked, a bit average, but Zurdo looks bloated.

Ramirez has a slight handspeed advantage but Smith looks to be physically stronger at this weight imo, Ramirez was doing his best work on the outside but when Smith started pushing him back and smothering him he definitely looked somewhat uncomfortable

Joe actually jabbing his way in now. Zurdo nails him with a left to the stomach and head. Zurdo staying on the body. Zurdo giving him some angles. More one twos, but Joe is taking them well. Joe lands a looping hook. Joe wings some hooks, walk into some one twos. Zurdo corners him, but is scared to commit.
