Alvarado still has plenty of spunk in him.
    Hes beating up Morales here.

Gemelo raging against the dying of a light! :ibutt

Letting his hands go nonstop, completely overwhelming this Morales kid.

No matter that he's lost eight of his last ten. Alvarado clearly came in to determined to win, winding back the clock to his 2017-2019 form (when he went on the second-longest and highest-quality winning streak of his career, stopping Andrew Cancio and Roger Andrés Gutiérrez and narrowly outpointing Denis Shafikov in an 8-0 run)

Morales is wilting under the heat. Just non stop pressure and combinations from Alvarado.

I have deep second-hand embarrassment for Diego De la Hoya to have been KO2ed by Morales. :ohno

...but, Gemelo, unlike DDLH, ain't sawft.

VDMJ has arguably lost every round, has a bunch of cuts & swelling with old scar tissue reopened that will probably recur and worsen down the line, and is probably going to get stopped in the last few rounds. Best case scenario is losing a wide UD at this point, as I don't see him landing a one-shot hail-Mary.

This was a disastrous cherry-bomb of a cherry-pick blowing up in his team's faces.

Better round for Morales, but he continues to get beaten up.

Morales did enough to edge the 8th.

Eh... he probably would. I mean, Ronny Rios obliterated him.

Morales hurt at the end of the round.

I tuned in at the end of the 3rd, and I have Alvarado winning every round from 4 to 9.

The ref is being very lenient here, if Morales was Alvarado, this would've been stopped.
