    Round 7
    19-9 Gonzalez
    67-65 Ramirez

Gonzalez hurt Ramirez in round 7 . referee breaks the action for any reason he can find. I don't know if he's corrupt. But clearly incompetent

    Round 7

Ramírez Sánchez is flurrying on the way in, then ducking away from the González right cross thrown past a double left jab over and over in the hopes of catching Ramírez Sánchez during his in & out excursions. Ramírez Sánchez is watching the right hand per Julian Chua's instructions and is caught and hurt ducking by a left hook! Big headbutt in the mix too. Ramírez Sánchez nudges González into the ropes with several light right jabs.

    10-9 González

    66-66

This fight turning a little bit, Gonzales taking charge. Keep that pressure on.

Chris Mannix has it 68-64 Zurdo, giving the 1st and 7th to González bookending the rest for GRS (including that extra point deduction on González in round 3)

I give Zurdo credit for listening to his corner. I deduct points from his corner for waiting until round 8 to tell him that blocking punches with your face isn't a good idea.

Zurdo looked good boxing and cutting corners.

For a cuban, gonzalez has horrible footwork. Good power and chin. Bad footwork.

    Round 8
    10-9 Ramirez
77-74 Ramirez. Gonzalez' legs are completely shot, not sure if from age or wear and tear, but its obvious. Ramirez "should" have KOd him already.

    Round 8

González is following and chopping his way in with the right. Ramírez Sánchez using movement, flurrying to nullify the Cuban's momentum and point-score with love-taps. Ramírez Sánchez is turning González, throwing right hooks on the pivot and scoring flush, starting to sit down on his shots a little more as the round wears on. González just keeps chopping and missing.

    10-9 Ramírez Sánchez

    76-75 Ramírez Sánchez
