Might not kayo him clean but a cuts stoppage isn't out of the question.

This fight is competitive. Visioli winning but it’s not comprehensive at all.

Clinching is getting to be a bit much from both.

Howarth is just the bigger guy and it’s clear. This fight is very close.

Indeed, he has fought at high as junior middle while Visioli's more of a career lightweight.

Few nicks have sprouted up. :deal:

Three rounds to go, let's see how good a job they do globbing on the Vaseline.

This is a really good learning fight for Visioli if he comes through it and especially for him learning how to deal with pressure over the longer distance vs a bigger guy who can take his power. Howarth looks at least a division bigger and even though he hasn't been banking any rounds he's really testing Visioli

I really think Howarth's at least a natural welter.

Assume this will be scored by a panel of judges, being a ten rounder for a BBBofC English belt (as was the co-main), and not by the referee?

Yeah he looks huge. Visioli looking like Loma did vs lightweights here albeit not as small as Loma

    Howarth ran out of gas.

Big ninth for Vis, throwing fluid combos as Howarth appears to be "feeling the pace" and getting frozen in place succumbing to his frustrations, per the commentators.

This might be a fight where a shutout is a correct card but doesn't tell you the full story, where a handful of rounds in the middle were very competitive. I don't think you could go any narrower than 98-92 or at a stretch 97-93, though.

Howarth did score a belter of a right with just under a minute left in the contest, fair play to him.
