Robney's been a trooper this week. I know for a fact that he's logged time watching boxing at all different hours of the day. :yep

Lacierva is dancing around, pretty close to Beltran. Lacierva blocking jabs and tiptoeing inside quickly to land a hard right uppercut. NICE uppercuts to the body, just above the beltline by Lacierva. A couple of left hooks by Lacierva. Down goes Lacierva - just balance, not a knockdown. Lacierva snapping off fast lead uppercuts on the inside now. Beltran is trying to tie up when his right jab from outside doesn't work. Double and triple right jabs from Beltran just tread the air as Lacierva is moving well in the pocket.

Segura is chilling, getting his hands wrapped. He looks really calm and happy.

 

Round 9

Immediate clinch. Beltran doubles his right jab ineffectively and has a left cross stunted by Lacierva rushing forward and through it. Lacierva comes in with powerful uppercuts, the impact actually knocking him back and landing on his butt. Pat Russell correctly rules it a slip, as there was no corresponding punch from Beltran. Lacierva is coming forward as a southpaw now, throwing left hands up high from his rear hip. Russell warns them for rough stuff after Lacierva hits the canvas again in a messy dust-up (again not a kd). Lacierva leaps forward with a right hook to the body. Grappling against the ropes, with Lacierva hitting the body. Beltran complains of a rabbit punch. Rough tie-up, with Beltran working his free left hand. Beltran throws a 1-2 and takes a hard right hand counter bang on the nose.

Round 10

Lacierva is hanging outside waiting for Beltran to come to him, but nothing doing. Lacierva gets impatient and flies in off his feet flurrying until Beltran catches and holds him. Big power shots from Lacierva out of the orthodox stance. Beltran tying up often now. Left jab and right uppercut combo while shooting forward by Lacierva. Beltran is trying to swing away at Lacierva's head as the latter bends forward on his way in. The pinky end of Beltran's gloves is just sweeping along Lacierva's back. Rough infighting, Lacierva getting the better for the most part. They push into each other and Beltran whacks away softly with his left. Lacierva doing more grinding and shouldering than punching.

Yeah, I don't see Beltran scoring a KO in the championship rounds.
