Well, the IBF was bound and determined to make him Abraham's mandatory it seems. Not sure why. Guy last the last eliminator. You would think they would have given two other guys a shot at it. He may be a better match up for AA than Marquez though.

 

The announcers last night said he was in the ring at 180 + lbs. He did look much bigger, that's a hell of a lot of rehydration right there.

That is why I say you should enter the ring at 'the limit'. This crap is just getting out of hand. New Jersey has instituted some rules about weight but they only apply to championship bouts. Lorenzo wouldn't have "qualified" for a belt if he went up that much. 20 pounds in 30 hours? That is just nuts.

 

AA will destroy him regardless of his weight... even when he comes in at 190... The guy has just no balance at all.... Pavlik and AA destroy him both...

100% agreed. I had read a little about what you're saying on the Jersey rules, but need to read more to know WTF I'm talkin' about. There defo needs to be a CAP on how much you can enter above the specified weight class. 10-12 lbs. seems more than enough. Anything above that is NUTS.

Lorenzo @ 180 + for a MW fight, Clottey @ 171:shock: for a WW fight against Chico. Needs to be a limit.
